I chose Reading Smiles for my Invisalign treatment because: Dr Sami is professional, reassuring and attentive. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and has answered all my questions with honesty. Harriet, the treatment coordinator, has been incredible. Her frequent touch points are always friendly and helpful. she has been supportive and engaging from the start. The care and professionalism at Reading Smiles is exceptional!

After giving 3 stars for the cleaning of my teeth, today I was having a wisdom tooth removal and I just need it to come back to this review to make it 5 because doctor Johana Zibova was exeding my expectations on how nice, professional, patient and being 100% shore that i won't feel the pain or uncomfortable with the procedure. Again, like I've said on my previous review, very clean, very professional all stuff and least but not last, they have in my opinion very very good prices. Just to get an ideea, what it costed me on them 270£, on another clinic they request 675£. I will let you judge if this clinic have good prices or not. Again, thank you very much guys but especially doctor Johana Zibova.

Nice experience with Reading Smiles service. Dr Krupesh is very patient with my tooth filling. After changing the material to Glass Ionomer, it works better for me so far.

I started my Invisalign journey just under a year ago and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr Yousif and Revu were amazing, they made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout the process. Dr Yousif’s experience with Invisalign made me feel more comfortable during my treatment since he had extensive knowledge and patiently answered my many questions. The receptionist team were always lovely and welcoming, especially Imogen who helped me to get started at the beginning of my journey. All in all a great experience and I am very happy with the final result!

Dr Johana is so kind. Taking the time to explain what was needed to be done and appreciating and understanding my anxiety especially regarding an extraction. The removal of the tooth was painless and her explanation of aftercare was detailed. A follow-up appointment reassured me everything was good and I could now start my treatment with Romosozumab for osteoporosis. Thank you so much Dr Johana for your care.

Highly recommend this dental practice! After putting off going to the dentist for over 18 years following a traumatic experience, it was only a matter of time before I had to sit in that chair again! Eventually, it got to the point where eating had become uncomfortable, and despite my fear, I knew I had to do something. I was taken care of by Ajay, who helped me every step of the way, both with my anxiety and throughout the treatment. He was incredibly patient, reassuring and professional, which made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. Although the treatment is quite pricey, they do offer finance options, and in my opinion, the outstanding care and quality of the work made it worthwhile. I will happily be returning for my future treatment. So, to anyone who is scared or anxious about going to the dentist — don't put it off! I spent 18 years avoiding it, and honestly, it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be. 😁 Thank you to Ajay and the team!

I was recently treated by Dr Dhillon and Zeyneb, and they were both fantastic. They replaced a broken veneer and repaired several fillings. Dr Dhillon clearly explained all the available options and provided realistic timeframes for the treatment. Throughout the treatment, both Dr Dhillon and Zeyneb explained what was involved and made sure I was comfortable and experienced no discomfort. From my initial appointment through to having my new veneer fitted, they made me feel completely at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Dhillon and Zeyneb to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I've only had positive experiences with Reading Smiles. The staff are incredibly friendly. My appointments all happen on time. The facilities are clean. And I recently had a filling which is normally torture, but they made it incredibly painless and and and efficient so I'm glad to be one of their clients and will happily go there for not only routine dental work but I'm looking at getting implants there as well.
